How do I schedule an appointment?
Please complete the contact form or send me an email. I will contact you to schedule an appointment. The appointment will be telephonic. The consultation fee is $150.
What is your average response time?
During business hours, 1 hour. All emails after 5pm will receive a response by 8am.
Can you visit me or my loved ones in ICE detention?
Yes. I visit all my clients in ICE detention, in person.
Can you help me post bond with ICE?
Yes.
Do you guarantee the outcome of the bond hearing?
No, I cannot guarantee the outcome. I guarantee that I will try my best, but I cannot guarantee the outcome of the bond hearing. I encourage you to contact me as early in the process as possible, ideally before the Notice to Appear is issued. There are things I can try before the bond hearing.
Can you help me file taxes?
Yes. I am a licensed provider with the IRS, and am authorized to prepare and transmit tax returns. If you owe taxes, I can also help you set up a payment plan with the IRS.
Can I file taxes if I don’t have a social security number?
Yes. I will first evaluate your situation to see if you are eligible for a social security number. If you are not eligible for a social security number, I can help you apply for an individual tax identification number (ITIN) that you can file taxes with. I am an ITIN Acceptance Agent-CAA registered with the IRS.
Can you represent me if I am not in New Hampshire?
Yes. I am authorized to practice U.S. immigration law in all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
